You will work collaboratively with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Team, offering support and coordination across all marketing channels to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support on delivery of key business projects and brand pillars in alignment with overall marketing strategy.
  • Take ownership of influencer strategy and key communications across both brands.
  • Translate strategy into actionable campaign calendars and briefs.
  • Manage timelines, priorities, and approvals to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Reservations, Spa, F&B, etc.) to align marketing activity with business goals.

Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Support delivery of digital marketing activity, including PPC, SEO, and web optimisation (working with agencies or internal resources as needed).
  • Monitor and report on website traffic, campaign results, and booking performance.
  • Support CRM management, email automation, and customer journey optimisation.

Communications, PR & Influencer Strategy

  • Support with PR, media, and influencer outreach in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
  • Identify and coordinate influencer and partnership opportunities aligned to brand values.
  • Develop communications plans that support campaigns, launches, and key brand initiatives.
  • Ensure all communications maintain consistent tone, quality, and brand alignment.

Content & Creative Coordination

  • Work with the team to deliver engaging social, email, and website content.
  • Support with photography and video briefs, ensuring creative assets reflect brand quality and objectives.
  • Support copywriting and proofing to maintain consistent tone of voice across both brands.

Reporting & Insights

  • Produce regular marketing performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Track ROI and KPIs across channels (bookings, enquiries, engagement, etc.).
  • Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and impact.

Team & Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing Manager and Executives to plan and deliver campaigns.
  • Offer support across all marketing channels to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Coordinate external suppliers (designers, photographers, agencies, influencers) as required.

Skills & Experience

  • Desirable
  • Experience supporting or collaborating with a marketing team.
