The Role
- Craft and serve a wide range of beverages with skill and creativity.
- Deliver outstanding guest service from breakfast through dinner.
- Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that captures true Northern hospitality.
- Manage bar stock and ensure smooth, professional service throughout every shift.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and stylish bar environment.
About You
- Proven experience in a bar or restaurant setting, ideally with supervisory exposure.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Confidence with technology, including Microsoft Office and Micros/Simphony EPOS and cash handling.
- A polished, professional approach and strong attention to detail.
- Own transport - essential due to our stunning coastal location.
