Location: Seaham Hall, County Durham

Salary: £12.21 per hour + share of monthly service charge (approx. £2,000 per year for full-time hours)

Hours: 40+ hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays. Shifts vary from 10am through to close.

The Role

  • Craft and serve a wide range of beverages with skill and creativity.
  • Deliver outstanding guest service from breakfast through dinner.
  • Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that captures true Northern hospitality.
  • Manage bar stock and ensure smooth, professional service throughout every shift.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and stylish bar environment.

About You

  • Proven experience in a bar or restaurant setting, ideally with supervisory exposure.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
  • Confidence with technology, including Microsoft Office and Micros/Simphony EPOS and cash handling.
  • A polished, professional approach and strong attention to detail.
  • Own transport - essential due to our stunning coastal location.
