The Opportunity
We are seeking Master’s-level clinicians who are experts at group facilitation and thrive in collaborative, part-time, fully remote telehealth settings. From your first day, you will work with a premier clinical team to turn psychoeducation into tangible progress for our clients. We value versatility and expect our staff to be proficient in various therapeutic modalities to address the complex needs of those we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete your onboarding requirements within your first 14 days.
- Touch base with your Quality Supervisor or Director for monthly check-ins.
- Reply to all email and Slack messages within a 48-hour window.
- Review all necessary curricula before leading each group session.
- Arrive 10 minutes early to facilitate sessions that start and end on time.
- Lead group therapy using proven methodologies tailored to different age groups.
- Encourage active involvement by fostering a "camera-on" group culture.
- Follow all therapeutic guidelines and internal company policies strictly.
- Participate in regular Treatment Team syncs and bi-weekly supervision.
- Work closely with Care Coaches and Primary Therapists for integrated care.
- Maintain high professional standards when speaking with families and partners.
- Submit all clinical documentation within 24 hours to meet compliance needs.
- Keep all client information private and uphold ethical boundaries.
Master’s Degrees Examples: M.S. in Counseling; M.S.W.; M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy; M.A. in Clinical Psychology; M.S. in School Counseling.
