Season is a growing multi-channel retailer focused on equipping and inspiring people to create amazing food and drink at home. With four London stores, a warehouse operation, and a growing Shopify business, we are building a brand customers love and returning to again and again. We are looking for a commercially strong Performance Marketing & Growth Manager to help scale profitable online growth.
This role is for someone who is genuinely strong in Google Ads and Performance Max, understands Shopify, and knows how to improve the full journey from click to conversion to repeat purchase. You will take ownership of paid performance, feed quality, on-site conversion, and customer acquisition efficiency, with a clear brief: grow profitable revenue.
Responsibilities- Own Google Ads performance across PMax, Shopping, Search and remarketing
- Improve Shopify conversion through better landing pages, product pages and merchandising
- Optimise feeds and structure in Merchant Center
- Analyse performance by campaign, product, margin and customer cohort
- Improve acquisition efficiency and reporting
- Support growth in priority product areas
- Strengthen retention journeys around paid traffic
- Identify and test new growth opportunities where commercially justified
- Strong hands-on experience in performance marketing for e-commerce, retail or DTC
- Deep working knowledge of Google Ads, Merchant Center and PMax
- Experience with Shopify
- Strong commercial and analytical skills
- Ability to connect media performance with conversion, margin and profit
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on, fast-moving environment
