About the Role
As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where children and young adults can thrive, develop independence, and enjoy engaging daily experiences.

Candidates who are successful on the day will be invited to attend formal interviews taking place on the week commencing Monday 27th July.
What Weβre Looking For
- A genuine passion for supporting others
- Ability to work full time, 37.5 hours per week, including weekend work
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Resilience and a positive attitude
- Willingness to complete level 4 qualification
