Sales Advisor - 8 Hour Permanent Contract in Winchester

Role Overview

Part‑time Sales Advisor – 8 hour permanent contract in our beautiful shop in Winchester.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional and inspiring service, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our brand, products, design inspiration and services
• Recommend additional services and solutions to customers to drive sales and gather customer data
• Actively drive sales across channels by introducing customers to our website, using it as a selling tool and supporting the processing of online orders
• Have a first‑point resolution approach to any customer issues or feedback and actively seek out solutions for the benefit of the customer
• Support the Store Manager and team to drive store sales, profitability and consistent KPI achievement
• Help implement store visual merchandising, window standards and guidelines, utilising all product, category and bestseller information to maximise commercial opportunities within the store
• Maintain a flexible approach to work, playing an active role in all operational tasks such as stock management, loss prevention, health and safety, and store safety standards
