We are looking for a Supervisor to join the Totnes team on a permanent 14‑hour contract.
Responsibilities
- Support the management team in creating a service culture that places the customer at the heart of everything they do.
- Guide the Sales Advisor team on recommending additional services and collecting customer data to drive sales.
- Assist the store leadership team in driving store sales, profitability, and consistent KPI achievement.
- Implement visual merchandising, windows standards, and store guidelines to maximise commercial opportunities.
- Train the Sales Advisor team to have thorough knowledge of the brand, products, design inspiration and services.
- Communicate store performance to team and stakeholders, providing feedback and highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Support the Store Manager with store operations such as stock management, loss prevention, incident reporting, health and safety, GDPR, cash handling, key holder responsibilities and store safety standards.
- Act as key‑holder and be responsible for running the store when required.
Qualifications
- Coaching comes naturally; you will have a passion for inspiring your team and great product knowledge.
- Experience driving sales, working towards KPI’s and using commercial thinking.
- Adaptable and resilient attitude, confident in giving feedback to all team members and sharing ideas with management.
