Seasalt is seeking a Supervisor to join the Stratford-Upon-Avon team on a 16 hour permanent contract. You will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, lead the Sales Advisor team, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining store standards.
You will drive sales, manage stock, and uphold health, safety and GDPR compliance, acting as a key-holder when required. A proactive, customer-focused leader with a strong retail mindset is essential.
