Seasalt is seeking a Store Supervisor for Cribbs Causeway on a 16 hour permanent contract. You will support the Store Manager, lead a team of Sales Advisors, and drive excellent customer service while ensuring the store looks its best and meets sales targets.
You will train staff on product knowledge, brand values and services, manage stock and loss prevention, and collaborate with leadership to deliver a great customer experience across omni-channel channels.
