Seasalt is recruiting an Assistant Store Manager for the Shrewsbury team on a 40 hour per week permanent contract. You will work with the Store Manager to foster a service culture, drive omni-channel sales, recruit and develop a diverse team, and lead in store profitability and KPI targets.
