Join Seasalt as a Sales Advisor – 12 Hour Permanent Contract at our Marlborough shop.
Originally selling workwear to local mariners and practical overalls to artists, Seasalt began in 1981 and has grown into a leading UK lifestyle brand with 80+ shops, 400+ wholesale partners and a thriving online business. We are focused on delivering excellence across every touchpoint and building a team that shares our values.
Like all our retail employees, our Sales Advisors are ambassadors for Seasalt, putting customers at the heart of everything they do. They are an essential part of the team, supporting store management and creating a memorable shopping experience for every customer.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional and inspiring service with thorough knowledge of our brand, products, design inspiration and services
- Recommend additional services and solutions to drive sales and gather customer data
- Actively drive sales across channels by introducing customers to our website, using it as a selling tool and assisting with online orders
- Provide first point of resolution for customer issues or feedback and seek solutions for the benefit of the customer
- Support the Store Manager and team to drive store sales, profitability and KPI achievement
- Assist with store visual merchandising, window standards and guidelines; utilise product information to maximise commercial opportunities
- Maintain a flexible approach to work and contribute to stock management, loss prevention, health and safety, and store safety standards
