We have a brilliant opportunity for a Part Time Sales Advisor on a 12‑hour permanent contract at our shop in Oxford. The store operates between 08:00 am and 08:00 pm. Successful candidates must be able to work flexibly within these hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional and inspiring service, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our brand, products, design inspiration and services.
  • Recommend additional services and solutions to customers to drive sales and gather customer data.
  • Actively drive sales across channels by introducing customers to our website, using it as a selling tool and supporting the processing of online orders.
  • Handle customers’ issues or feedback with a first‑point‑resolution approach and actively seek solutions that benefit the customer.
  • Support the Store Manager and team to drive store sales, profitability and consistent KPI achievement.
  • Implement store visual merchandising, window standards and guidelines, and use product, category and bestseller information to maximise commercial opportunities.
  • Maintain flexibility in all operational tasks such as stock management, loss prevention, health and safety, and store safety standards.
