Part Time Sales Advisor – 16 hours per week, permanent contract, based in Lyme Regis, UK. Weekend working is essential. Flexibility in schedules is required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional and inspiring service, demonstrating thorough knowledge of our brand, products, design inspiration, and services.
- Recommend additional services and solutions to customers to drive sales and gather customer data.
- Actively drive sales across channels by introducing customers to our website, using it as a selling tool, and supporting the processing of online orders.
- Provide first point resolution for any customer issues or feedback and actively seek solutions for the benefit of the customer.
- Support the Store Manager and team to drive store sales, profitability and consistent KPI achievement.
- Help implement store visual merchandising, window standards and guidelines, and utilize all product, category, and bestseller information to maximize commercial opportunities within the store.
- Take a flexible approach to work, playing an active role in all operational tasks such as management of stock, loss prevention, health and safety, and store safety standards amongst others.
