We are looking for a Supervisor to join our new store in Kendal on a 16‑hour permanent contract. The store will open at the end of July 2026; the successful candidate will commence approximately two weeks before opening to complete training and pre‑opening preparation. Assessment day is scheduled for 13 May.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a service culture within the store team that places the customer at the heart of everything we do.
  • Guide the Sales Advisor team on recommending additional services such as omni‑channel selling, gathering customer data, and suggesting add‑on purchases.
  • Support the store leadership team in driving sales, profitability, and consistent KPI achievement.
  • Implement visual merchandising, window standards, and product guidelines to maximise commercial opportunities.
  • Train the Sales Advisor team to have thorough knowledge of our brand, products, design inspiration, and services.
  • Communicate store performance to team members and key stakeholders, providing regular feedback, and highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, including stock management, loss prevention, incident reporting, health & safety, GDPR, cash handling, key‑holder responsibilities, and store safety standards.
  • Act as the key‑holder and be responsible for running the store when required.
