Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional and inspiring service, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our brand, products, design inspiration and services.
  • Recommend additional services and solutions to customers to drive sales and gather customer data.
  • Actively drive sales across channels by introducing customers to our website, using it as a selling tool and supporting the processing of online orders.
  • Take a first‑point resolution approach to any customer issues or feedback and actively seek solutions for the benefit of the customer.
  • Support the Store Manager and the team to drive store sales, profitability and consistent KPI achievement.
  • Help implement store visual merchandising, window standards and guidelines and utilise all product, category and bestseller information to maximise commercial opportunities within the store.
  • Maintain a flexible approach to work, playing an active role in all operational tasks such as stock management, loss prevention, health and safety and store safety standards.

As a part‑time Sales Advisor on a 12‑hour temporary contract at our beautiful shop in Kendal, you will commence employment approximately two weeks prior to our new store opening at the end of July 2026 to complete training and pre‑opening preparation. The successful candidate will also join us on an assessment day on 13th May.
