We have a brilliant opportunity for a Part Time Sales Advisor on an 8 hour temporary contract to join the team in our beautiful shop in Edinburgh.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional and inspiring service, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our brand, products, design inspiration and services.
  • Recommend additional services and solutions to customers to drive sales and gather customer data.
  • Actively drive sales across channels by introducing customers to our website, using it as a selling tool and supporting the processing of online orders.
  • Serve as the first point of resolution for any customer issues or feedback, actively seeking out solutions for the benefit of the customer.
  • Support the Store Manager and team to drive store sales, profitability and consistent KPI achievement.
  • Help implement store visual merchandising and window standards, utilising all product, categories and bestseller information to maximise commercial opportunities within the store.
  • Maintain flexibility in work, playing an active role in all operational tasks such as stock management, loss prevention, health and safety, and store safety standards.
