Our first shop opened in 1981 in Penzance, selling durable clothing to artists and mariners. Today, we’re a modern, data-enabled omnichannel retailer with a growing international presence. We blend heritage with innovation, designing timeless clothing made from responsibly sourced fabrics, and using technology to improve how we operate, grow and serve customers. As we scale in the UK, North America and Europe (primarily through third-party partnerships), we’re investing in data, systems and digital capability to support our people and our growth. It’s an exciting time to join us!

As our Partnership Data Assistant, you’ll play an important part in making sure our third-party partners have everything they need to showcase our products accurately and on time. You’ll work closely with teams across partnerships, merchandising, photography, marketing and buying to collect product information, prepare data templates and keep everything up to date for launches. Your work helps ensure that our products appear correctly across partner websites and that customers see clear, consistent information wherever they shop.

This role is offered as a full-time fixed term family leave cover expected to last up to 12 months. Please note, as part of our Seasalt Connected approach to ways of working, this role will be based flexibly across our Cornwall head office locations (minimum 40% of working week but the nature of some roles may require more working time in our head offices) and remotely within the UK.

You’ll help us by:

  • Gathering product details and imagery from multiple systems and preparing partner templates using spreadsheets and internal tools.
  • Ensuring all product data and images sent to partners are accurate, complete and delivered within agreed timelines.
  • Sharing weekly updates on upcoming launches with internal teams and partners, flagging any delays or actions required.
  • Checking partner websites to confirm which items are live and whether product details and descriptions are displaying correctly.
  • Feeding back any issues or observations to channel merchandising and partnership account teams.
  • Collecting partner performance or product information and sharing it with the relevant internal teams.
  • Building positive working relationships across teams involved in the product data and imagery process.
  • Supporting the wider partnerships team with ad-hoc tasks and project support as needed.

The skills you’ll be sharing with the team:

  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel and other standard software tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Google applications.
  • Proven experience in data administration or operational work, ideally within a retail or product led environment.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships internally and externally.
  • Comfortable working with detailed information with a high level of accuracy.
  • Good organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Enjoying a fast moving environment and staying focused when working to timelines.
  • A proactive mindset, keen to learn more about partnerships, product data and retail operations.
  • Willingness to adapt and problem solve as part of a growing and changing team.
