We have a brilliant opportunity for a Part Time Sales Advisor on an 8‑permanent contract to join our beautiful shop in Canterbury.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional and inspiring service, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the brand, products, design inspiration and services.
- Recommend additional services and solutions to customers to drive sales and gather customer data.
- Actively drive sales across channels by introducing customers to our website, using it as a selling tool and supporting the processing of online orders.
- Have a first‑point resolution approach to any customer issues or feedback and actively seek solutions for the benefit of the customer.
- Support the Store Manager and team to drive store sales, profitability and consistent KPI achievement.
- Help implement store visual merchandising, window standards and guidelines and utilise product, category and bestseller information to maximise commercial opportunities within the store.
- Maintain a flexible approach to work, playing an active role in all operational tasks such as management of stock, loss prevention, health and safety, and store safety standards.
