Seasalt is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join the Cambridge team on a 40 hour permanent contract. You will support the Store Manager, lead a customer-focused team and drive sales while maintaining high store standards.
With previous experience in leading a team at supervisor level in retail, you will coach colleagues, optimise KPI performance and manage stock, loss prevention and safety. The role offers great progression and a positive, inclusive work environment.
