Seasalt in Buxton is recruiting a Supervisor on a 16 hour permanent contract to help lead the team and deliver excellent customer service. You’ll support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with day-to-day running and drive store KPI achievement.
You’ll guide the Sales Advisor team, implement visual merchandising, manage stock, loss prevention and safety, and act as a key-holder when required, ensuring the store runs smoothly.
