Supervisor – Salisbury (16 hour permanent)
We are looking for an energetic and customer‑centric Supervisor to join our Salisbury team. This role supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with day‑to‑day operations and drives exceptional service, sales and team performance.
Responsibilities
- Support store leadership in creating a service culture that places the customer at the heart of everything.
- Guide the Sales Advisor team on recommending additional services, omni‑channel selling, gathering customer data and upsell opportunities.
- Assist with driving store sales, profitability and consistent KPI achievement.
- Implement visual merchandising, window standards and product guidelines to maximise commercial opportunities.
- Train the Sales Advisor team on product knowledge, brand, design inspiration and services.
- Communicate store performance to the team and key stakeholders, providing regular feedback and highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Manage store operations: stock, loss prevention, incident reporting, health & safety, GDPR, cash handling, key‑holder responsibilities, and store safety standards.
- Act as key‑holder for the store and run the store independently when required.

- Commercial mindset with a focus on KPI achievement.
- Resilience and adaptability in managing difficult situations and responding positively to change.
- Ability to give constructive feedback and share ideas with management to drive performance.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
