Please note this is a full-time, permanent role which is based remotely within the UK, with occasional travel to our Cornwall head offices. You’ll help us by: Designing user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces for the ecommerce website using an iterative, user-centred, iterative design process. Planning and conducting moderated and unmoderated usability testing, customer interviews and journey mapping to understand customer needs and shopping behaviours. Analysing customer research, behavioural analytics, surveys and insights to identify opportunities and inform design decisions, communicating and measuring the impacts alongside key stakeholders. The skills you’ll be sharing with the team: Experience working in a UX, Product Design or similar digital design role. Confidence designing and prototyping in Figma, from early concepts through to high-fidelity designs. Experience planning and facilitating collaborative workshops with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Experience conducting user research and usability testing, turning insights into actionable design improvements. Comfortable presenting design rationale, research findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels. Experience designing accessible digital experiences in line with WCAG guidelines. Customer-focused and curious, with a passion for creating intuitive, accessible and inclusive experiences.
