Norwich | Gas Mains Replacement Works
SEAS (U.K) Ltd are seeking an experienced Reinstatement Manager to join our growing team delivering gas mains replacement works across Norwich and the surrounding areas.
This is a fast-paced role requiring a proactive individual who can effectively manage multiple sites, lead operational teams, and ensure all reinstatement activities are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of highway reinstatement works
- Experience managing operational teams and driving performance
- Ability to manage multiple fast-paced sites
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Basic IT skills (Outlook, Excel & Word)
- Full UK Driving Licence
Your Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day reinstatement operations
- Leading and supporting reinstatement teams
- Ensuring works are completed safely and to specification
- Monitoring quality, productivity and compliance
- Liaising with clients, local authorities and operational teams
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout our works
