Service Coordinator / Service Manager Location: Stoke-on-Trent Salary: Upon application We are supporting an established manufacturing company in Stoke-on-Trent who are seeking a Service Coordinator / Service Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating service engineers, ensuring that jobs are completed on time, safely, and within budget. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and formulate reports * Schedule service engineers’ workload * Manage site access, including risk and method statements * Oversee works vehicles and their maintenance * Order service parts in line with scheduled jobs * Check and issue parts correctly * Monitor training and arrange renewal of skill cards * Order hire equipment required for sitework * Undertake site investigations on reported issues Day-to-Day Requirements * Experienced Service Coordinator / Manager (time-served) * Engineering background and trained in multiple aspects of engineering (desirable) * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external customers * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering excellent customer service * Self-motivated and able to work independently, completing tasks within set instructions and accepted practices * Full clean driving licence Benefits * Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week * Supportive working environment with opportunities for growth and development * Competitive basic salary (to match or exceed current) * 23 days’ holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off * Solid pension scheme Searley Owen are acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
