We’re working with a well-established international building services and environmental design consultancy looking to appoint a Senior Mechanical Engineer to their Manchester team.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead mechanical building services design across RIBA Stages 2–4
- Deliver HVAC and mechanical design solutions on complex projects
- Coordinate MEP design with electrical, plumbing and structural teams
- Attend and lead client, contractor and multidisciplinary design meetings
- Support BIM coordination and clash detection processes
- Produce and review technical specifications and design documentation
- Mentor and support junior engineers within the team
- Manage multiple projects and deliver to tight deadlines
Requirements:
- Experience within Building Services / MEP Consultancy
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services systems
- Experience delivering Stage 3
