An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and organised Sales Administrator to join a busy and professional automotive business with multiple sites across Essex. This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, has excellent attention to detail, and thrives as part of a supportive team. This role has the benefit of monthly bonuses based on compliance. Salary is paid as an OTE of £29,000 per annum with a lower basic and extra bonus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing invoices and processing vehicle documentation
  • Bringing vehicles into stock systems
  • Preparing and maintaining customer files
  • Scanning and organising documents
  • Liaising with Sales Consultants and internal departments
  • Handling incoming calls and enquiries
  • Data processing and general administration duties
  • Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc office tasks as required

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • Previous sales administration experience would be highly advantageous
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Working Hours, Pay & Benefits

  • Salary paid as minimum wage, with bonuses on top. OTE of the rest of the team is £29,000 per annum.
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
