Salary: £30,000 - 40,000 per year
Requirements:
- Experience within a 2nd Line IT Support position.
- Good all-round knowledge of IT infrastructure.
- Exposure to Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
- Basic networking knowledge, including switches, routers, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A genuine desire to develop your career.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Exposure to Azure, networking, firewalls, virtualisation, CCTV, Ubiquiti or cloud technologies would be advantageous, but is not essential.
Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of infrastructure and networking projects.
- Assist with the installation and configuration of switches, routers, firewalls and wireless networks.
- Support cloud migrations and client onboarding projects.
- Assist with data migration and implementation projects.
- Provide 2nd Line technical support to business clients.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows and network-related issues.
- Work alongside senior engineers on client deployments.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent technical support.
- Learn new technologies and develop your infrastructure knowledge.
