We are looking for a Workshop Engineer to join a well-established and reputable business in Epping. You will support in the manufacture of security equipment, such as gates, turnstiles and bollards. Each day will be different, working all over the workshop, this includes; Mechanical – safety edges, hydraulic hoses and chains, prepping hinges, light welding for base plates. Electrical – Working on control panels and general wiring Quality – Nine point force tests, faulty diagnosis and compliance paperwork The ideal candidate will come from a mechanical background, you may have worked as a Workshop Technician, or Mechanical Technician. We welcome applications from Maintenance Engineers, Fitter, Service Engineers, Fabrication Engineers, Mechanics, general Mechanical Assembly or similar. Pay & Benefits: You will receive a salary of £35,000 rising to £38,000 after probation. A Monday-Friday working week. Optional overtime, paid at 1.5 times. 28 days holiday, free onsite parking, solid pension and ongoing personal training and development
