We’re recruiting for a CNC Miller / CNC Programmer / CNC Operator to join a well-established, reputable manufacturing business based in Leatherhead. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Miller to join a company that genuinely looks after its people – both in terms of benefits and working environment.
The Role – CNC Miller / Programmer
- Program, set and run 3 to 5 axis CNC milling machines
- Approve programs using Cimco
- Support R&D with prototyping and development work
- Drive Continuous Improvement across production processes
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Ensure precision, accuracy and quality of all components
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working as a CNC Miller, ideally with Fanuc controls
- Experience with Cimco and/or Alphacam is beneficial but not essential
- Able to work to tight tolerances and maintain high quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and able to meet deadlines
- Confident working both independently and as part of a team
Pay & Benefits
- £38,000 – £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
- Mon-Friday 8-4pm
- Up to 12% pension (6% employer matched)
