We’re recruiting for a CNC Miller / CNC Programmer / CNC Operator to join a well-established, reputable manufacturing business based in Leatherhead. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Miller to join a company that genuinely looks after its people – both in terms of benefits and working environment.

The Role – CNC Miller / Programmer

  • Program, set and run 3 to 5 axis CNC milling machines
  • Approve programs using Cimco
  • Support R&D with prototyping and development work
  • Drive Continuous Improvement across production processes
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
  • Ensure precision, accuracy and quality of all components

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience working as a CNC Miller, ideally with Fanuc controls
  • Experience with Cimco and/or Alphacam is beneficial but not essential
  • Able to work to tight tolerances and maintain high quality standards
  • Strong attention to detail and able to meet deadlines
  • Confident working both independently and as part of a team

Pay & Benefits

  • £38,000 – £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
  • 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
  • Mon-Friday 8-4pm
  • Up to 12% pension (6% employer matched)
