The Role

  • You’ll take ownership of your region, developing relationships, increasing spend, and re-engaging older customers using a well-established CRM system and customer database.
  • You’ll be responsible for:
  • Managing and developing a regional customer base
  • Proactively contacting active and lapsed customers to build and strengthen relationships
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell electrical distribution products
  • Working through the CRM daily to plan outreach, manage pipeline and track activity
  • Inheriting accounts and growing them through different stages of the account cycle
  • Supporting the continued growth of a key territory within the business
