We are recruiting for a 7.5 Tonne Driver to join a well-established and growing manufacturing company based in Thurrock. This is a full-time, permanent role offering stable weekday hours and the opportunity to join a successful business with a strong reputation within its industry.
As part of the role, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers throughout England. Whilst this is classed as a multi-drop role, it typically involves only a handful of deliveries, allowing you to focus on providing a professional and reliable service. Occasional overnight stays will be required for larger projects, typically no more than twice per month. Hotel accommodation and expenses will be provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver products safely and efficiently to customers across England
- Complete vehicle checks and delivery paperwork
- Load and unload goods where required
- Provide excellent customer service
- Represent the company professionally on customer sites
- Ensure compliance with transport and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and roadworthy vehicle
- Valid Category C1 (7.5 Tonne) Licence
- No more than 6 penalty points
