An exciting Sales Manager role available with an international lighting company who supply into the yacht and leisure marine sector. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to join a growing company with a lot to offer. As an International Sales Manager, you will oversee a network of trusted dealers and distributors. The role is responsible for delivering consistent sales growth by expanding existing accounts and identifying new commercial opportunities across strategically important territories. This position plays a critical role in representing the brand at the highest standard, driving market performance, and cultivating strong relationships across the marine industry.
In addition, the Sales Manager will actively support the Marketing team by contributing to the creation and execution of targeted campaigns, promotional content, and other initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and accelerating company growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities across existing and emerging markets.
- Build and strengthen OEM relationships and provide tailored support to ensure long-term partnerships.
