Title: Cleaning Assistant Searles Leisure Resort is a long‑established, family‑run holiday resort located on the beautiful Norfolk coastline in Hunstanton.

Job Purpose As a Site Cleaning Operative, you will be an essential part of the Site Clean Team, responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across Searles Leisure Resort, including venues, toilets, offices, holiday homes stock and facilities, ensuring they meet excellent company standards.
The key focus is maintaining excellent customer service and care while managing health and safety within the workplace.
Key Responsibilities Maintain clean and tidy areas across the resort, including vacuuming and mopping floors, dusting surfaces, washing up, cleaning various facilities, cleaning windows and glass partitions, and dressing holiday home sales stock for viewing.
Undress holiday home sales stock once sold and hand over clean ready for new owners.
Report any damage, defects, or non‑functioning items within the holiday home.
Carry out other cleaning and housekeeping duties as required.
Prepare holiday home sales units to company standards.
Follow all company procedures to ensure consistent, high‑quality standards.
