- Lead the SAP FICO workstream and act as a Lead Consultant, taking ownership of delivery and providing functional expertise throughout client implementation projects.
- Model Finance Business Processes
- Design and model R2R (Record to Report) and P2P (Procure to Pay) processes using SAP Signavio and BPMN standards.
- Gather and Translate Business Requirements
- Analyse business requirements, translate them into process designs and SAP Finance solutions, and facilitate workshops with key client stakeholders.
- Design Integrated SAP Finance Solutions
- Develop SAP Finance solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and integration with other business processes and SAP functional areas.
- Manage Client and Project Stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with business representatives, project teams, and client management to ensure effective collaboration and project delivery.
- Support Data Migration and Project Transitions
- Coordinate financial data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities, as well as testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilisation.
- Develop SAP FICO Team Capabilities
- Mentor senior consultants and team leads, facilitate knowledge sharing, and support the professional development of the SAP FICO team.
- Drive Practice Development and Quality
- Support presales, develop delivery standards and reusable materials, provide expert guidance on complex issues, and contribute to the growth of the SAP FICO service offering.
Requirements
- SAP FI/CO Expertise
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO and hands-on experience delivering SAP implementation projects.
- Proven experience leading an SAP FICO workstream or working in a senior SAP functional expert role within client projects.
- Business Requirements Analysis
- Experience gathering and analysing business requirements and translating them into business processes and functional SAP solutions.
- Workshop Facilitation and Process Modelling
- Experience facilitating business and process workshops with client stakeholders, supported by knowledge of business process modelling and BPMN.
- R2R and P2P Process Knowledge
- Practical experience with Record to Report and Procure to Pay processes, including Finance integration with other business functions.
- Data Migration and Reconciliation
- Experience supporting data migration, financial data validation, reconciliation, and related project activities.
- Stakeholder and Client Management
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish credibility and collaborate effectively with clients.
- English and Communication Skills
- English proficiency at C1 level or above, combined with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
