- Process Mapping
- Map existing legal workflows and support the implementation of legal technology solutions
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager, Legal Operations, IT, and business teams to deliver process improvements
- Documentation & Training
- Create documentation, user guides, and training materials to support technology adoption within the legal team
- KPI Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and report process cycle times, adoption rates, efficiency gains, and other relevant performance indicators
- Promote innovation, improve operational processes, and encourage effective adoption of new technologies
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Legal Operations, Legal Engineering, Process Design, or Management Consulting
- AI & Automation Tools
- Knowledge of generative AI tools, prompt design, and low-code/no-code automation platforms
- Process Mapping
- Experience with process mapping tools such as Miro, Lucidchart, or Visio
- Legal Workflows & CLM
- Understanding of legal workflows and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Analytical & Communication Skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and explain solutions clearly
- Stakeholder Management
- Ability to collaborate effectively with legal, business, and technical team
- Ability to support the implementation of legal technology solutions and help users adopt new tools and improved workflows
