At Searcys at Allen & Overy Shearman LLP, we’re looking for a Waiting Staff in Fine dining and Events who will play a role in our food and beverage event operations. Our Waiting Staff - Events & Private Dining Room will be based on Allen & Overy Shearman LLP, a global law firm.

Job Description:

Monday to Friday, Full Time Salary: £31,824 per annum

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the highest standard of service is given in terms of food and beverage service, staff presentation, and efficiency in the Private Dining Room and Events areas.
  • Liaise with clients and managers to ensure all private dining and events services are run efficiently and effectively.
  • To assist in stocktakes of all wines, spirits, soft drinks and equipment.
  • Delivery of all food & beverages to the dining rooms in the correct specified way as per the SOP.
  • Liaise with the Supervisor/Manager about menus and wines for each service.
  • Set up rooms and organise trolleys for each service.
  • Ensure all general cleaning duties are carried out.
  • Reasonable request from the management.

Qualifications:

  • Must be well-presented and professionally presented at all times.
  • Good communication and client service skills.
  • Food & Beverages product knowledge.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
