Searcys is looking for Supervisor – Fine Dining Room and Events to join the team at Allen & Overy Shearman LLP. Our Supervisor – Fine Dining Room and Events will be based on Allen & Overy Shearman LLP, a global law firm. Working as a Supervisor – Fine Dining Room and Events for Searcys will require you to be an ambassador for this brand and deliver services that creates lasting memories. You will work in Fine Dining Room & Events Front of House areas supporting Fine Dining Room and Events Manager in the day to day running of the venue. Searcys is the oldest caterer in London and therefore offers a prestigious place to work and grow for the future.     MAIN PURPOSE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    We are seeking a talented and motivated Supervisor – Fine Dining Room and Events to join our premium hospitality team, delivering exceptional culinary experiences in a refined, client-facing environment. In this role, you will work closely with the Fine Dining Room and Events Manager to ensure smooth operations of the day to day business. The job responsibilities include managing the presentations for fine dining, auditorium event and conferences rooms areas at Allen & Overy Shearman, ensuring high-quality service while staying within budget and adhering to all policy requirements.

  • Have a natural ability to go above and beyond to make sure our client has a memorable experience.
  • Have outstanding client service skills who can adapt their approach to make our clients feel welcome.
  • Lead by example, working alongside the team by prioritising their development and training.
  • Ideal candidates will have:

  • Proven experience as a Supervisor in a fine dining setting or
  • A background in premium hospitality operations, ideally within environments that serve blue-chip clients or professional services firms.
  • A passion for outstanding client service skills, presentation, and professionalism.
