Job Description: As Head Chef, you will take ownership of a highly creative, ingredient-led kitchen. Working alongside a Michelin-starred collaborator, you will help shape and execute a distinctive food offering tailored to a discerning private membership.

Contract: Full Time

Salary: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives

Opening times: 10:00 - 20:00 Open 7 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing kitchen brigade
  • Deliver a refined, seasonal, and bespoke menu with precision and consistency
  • Maintain exceptional standards across food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • Collaborate on menu development and evolving concepts
  • Manage kitchen operations including cost control, ordering, and staffing
