Job Description: As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the venue, ensuring seamless daily operations and an exceptional guest journey. You will set the tone, culture, and standards across all departments.
Contract: Full Time
Salary: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives
Opening times: 10:00 - 20:00 Open 7 days a week
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all front and back-of-house operations
- Build, lead, and inspire a best-in-class team
- Deliver an outstanding, highly personalised member experience
- Drive service standards aligned with luxury hospitality expectations
- Manage financial performance, budgeting, and commercial strategy
- Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure a cohesive offering
