Searcys is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join the team at 116 Pall Mall. As a Senior Sales Executive you will manage the sales and event bookings for the venue, responding to reactive and proactive sales enquiries and planning a wide variety of events, including intimate gatherings and weddings, to showcase service excellence and show‑stopping food. 116 Pall Mall is a stunning Georgian venue dating back to 1820 in the heart of London, originally designed by John Nash.

Job Details:
Job Type: Full Time. £39k base salary - up to 20% bonus of annual salary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and convert sales enquiries and opportunities for the venue and Searcys.
- Generate and contribute sales that meet the venue’s monthly/quarterly annual budget, profitability targets and deadlines.
- Maximise all revenue opportunities for the venue and Searcys.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Receive incoming enquiries in accordance with Sales Department standards and procedures and convert them into confirmed business.
- Conduct show‑arounds and client visits to a high standard.
- Help oversee the diary ensuring all information is accurate, up to date and revenue is correctly recorded.
- Communicate venue product knowledge and seasonal menus to clients and actively upsell to increase average spend and revenue opportunities.
- Create and complete function sheets detailing all event requirements from start to finish.
- Adhere to in‑house accounting policies, ensuring billing invoices are completed within agreed timeframes and debt is chased.
- Maintain good working relationships with the venue and other Searcys sites.
- Ensure accurate billing for all assigned events.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event sales within a high‑end venue, hotel, or catering company.
- Strong sales mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional events and client experiences.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
