Working as a Senior Chef de Partie – Fine Dining Room & Events for Searcys will require you to be an ambassador for this brand and deliver services that creates lasting memories. You will work in Fine Dining Room & Events Kitchen supporting Executive Chef in the day to day running of the venue. MAIN PURPOSE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Chef de Partie to join our premium hospitality team, delivering exceptional culinary experiences in a refined, client-facing environment.In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Chef to ensure smooth operations during service, support with prep and delivery, and uphold all food safety and hygiene procedures in our fine dining kitchen. You’ll assist in the production of elegant fine dining dishes, buffets, and canapés, maintaining the highest standards across all areas required by the business.
The successful candidate will:
- Contribute to a kitchen environment that consistently delivers outstanding results and an excellent client experience.
- Possess the confidence and capability to independently oversee the kitchen in the absence of the Senior Chef.
- Lead by example and foster a positive, motivated kitchen culture.
- Support the development of junior chefs through guidance and mentorship.
