Searcys are looking for a creative and results-driven Venues Marketing Manager with a passion for high-end dining. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Venues Marketing Manager to lead marketing activity across a portfolio of prestigious, high-profile venues. This is an exciting opportunity to shape campaigns, drive sales, and collaborate with teams across a diverse hospitality and events estate. You will act as the key marketing contact for venue teams, delivering innovative campaigns, supporting sales activity, and ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute seasonal and tactical marketing campaigns (e.g. Christmas, summer, key events)
- Create and manage an annual venue marketing calendar aligned with central brand and sales strategies
- Act as the primary marketing contact for venue teams, supporting:
- Social media content
- Email campaigns (e-shots)
- Website updates
- Third-party listings
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within hospitality, events, or multi-site environments
- Strong campaign planning and execution skills
- Confident copywriter with excellent attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects
- Commercially aware with a focus on driving revenue
- Organised, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
