Searcys are looking for a creative and results-driven restaurant marketing manager with a passion for high-end dining. This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll plan and deliver campaigns across multiple restaurant sites, while also being responsible for tracking performance, analysing results, and optimising activity to drive bookings and revenue. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Restaurants Director and site teams, you'll ensure marketing is not only well executed but also measurable, effective, and continuously improving.

Job Description:

  • Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across restaurants and bars
  • Turn ideas into clear briefs, timelines, and deliverables
  • Track campaign performance across channels including social, website, and email
  • Monitor key metrics such as bookings, engagement, traffic, and conversions
  • Manage social media channels including Instagram and TikTok
  • Plan and deliver engaging content aligned to campaigns and brand positioning
  • Support website updates and campaign landing pages
  • Work with agencies to deliver digital campaigns
  • Build strong relationships with restaurants & partners, including key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted marketing partner
  • Act as the main marketing contact for sites and partner organisations, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives
  • Support email campaigns and customer communications
  • Use customer data and insights to improve targeting and engagement
  • Manage relationships with designers, agencies, printers, and other suppliers
  • Oversee production of marketing materials from brief to delivery
  • Line manage and support the Marketing Executive
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and development support

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a marketing role within hospitality, food & drink, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns
  • Experience tracking performance and using data to inform decisions
  • Familiarity with tools (or similar) such as Google Analytics, Dot Digital, SevenRooms, WordPress, Canva
  • Previous experience mentoring or managing junior team members (or ready to step into this responsibility)
  • A creative mindset balanced with commercial awareness
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working across teams
  • Proactive, curious, and results-driven
