People Coordinator – London, England

Searcys are looking for a People Coordinator to join the team at 116 Pall Mall.

The People Coordinator plays a key role in delivering an efficient, professional, and people-focused support to the business.

Acting as the first point of contact for employee and manager queries, the role supports the full employee life cycle, ensuring HR processes are administered accurately, compliance requirements are met, and employees have a positive experience throughout their journey with the business.

116 Pall Mall is a stunning Georgian venue dating back to 1820 in the heart of London.

Originally de-signed by John Nash, the architect behind Marble Arch and Brighton Pavilion.

Job Description

Job Type: Full Time 40 hours

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes, probation reviews, and leavers.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, produce people data reports, and ensure compliance with employment legislation, GDPR, and company policies.
  • Support managers and employees with HR queries and employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance processes.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and learning and development activities to support talent attraction and retention.
  • Contribute to employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, People projects, and continuous improvement across the business.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an HR, People, or administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills.
