Searcys are unveiling a spectacular new venue in the heart of Knightsbridge this year. We are looking for an exceptional Head Chef to lead the opening team.
As Head Chef, you will take ownership of a highly creative, ingredient‑led kitchen. Working alongside a Michelin‑starred collaborator, you will help shape and execute a distinctive food offering tailored to a discerning private membership.
Contract: Full Time
Salary: Competitive salary and performance‑based incentives
Opening times: 10:00 – 20:00, open 7 days a week
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high‑performing kitchen brigade
- Deliver a refined, seasonal, and bespoke menu with precision and consistency
- Maintain exceptional standards across food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Collaborate on menu development and evolving concepts
- Manage kitchen operations including cost control, ordering, and staffing
