Searcys is looking for a Food Service Assistant to join the team at Allen & Overy Shearman LLP. Our Food Service Assistant will be based at Allen & Overy Shearman LLP, a global law firm. As a Food Service Assistant, you will play a role in our Food Service operations for Searcys. You will be an ambassador for this brand and deliver services that create lasting memories. You will work in Front of House, employee Restaurant and Café, supporting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day running of the venue. You will collaborate with both the kitchen and back of house team to deliver bespoke client services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY: To ensure the highest standard of service regarding food, customer service, team member presentation, and efficiency in our staff restaurant and Café.
SPECIFIC AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Provide excellent client service and maintain high standards of food presentation and service efficiency.
- Ensure proper hygiene practices, including recording and filing necessary hygiene data.
- Assist with stock management, including monthly stocktaking and restocking of items as needed.
- Collaborate with Management and Supervisors on menu planning and service improvements.
- Maintain cleanliness of all areas and perform general cleaning duties after each service.
- Record and communicate customer feedback to departmental management.
- Perform any other reasonable tasks as requested by management.
Must be well-presented and maintain appropriate workplace appearance at all times. Good communication and client contact skills are essential. You should be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
