30 Euston Square is a Grade II* listed award-winning events venue in a perfect central London location. From meeting and conference spaces to private dining and rooftop terraces, the venue offers an iconic setting for any occasion. This venue is unique to Searcys as it is the only property within the estate that is home to a selection of boutique bedrooms.

Responsible for providing a clean and safe working area following Searcy Health and Safety requirements, receiving, counting, inspecting, and storing goods and/or equipment and dispensing or disposing of them to/from departments as and when required.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To ensure that all goods received are properly counted/inspected to match specifications as per delivery notes
- To move all set up the venue in co-ordination with the BEOs and the requirements of the clients
- To move equipment safely and carefully to protect the fabric of the building and the furniture on-site
- To set up the stage and build equipment as and when required
- To liaise with all couriers, clients, and delivery drivers with efficiency, politeness and coherence
- All areas of the back of the house are maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness and organization that is expected from Searcy requirements
- Report at once any discrepancies to deliveries to your line manager
- Manage and secure liquor stock, and ensure that the deliveries are counted and loaded carefully into the wine store in the appropriate area. To make sure any discrepancies are reported to the Operations Manager
- Create and keep organized files of documentation relating to the receipt/return of goods and equipment as well as record the dispense/returns of alcohol and other beverages within the building
- Carry out any other administration work required with regard to monthly stock takes as directed by your Line Manager
- To maintain all storage areas organized and clean at all times
- To comply with all legal requirements with particular reference to (but not exclusively) fire regulations, security, license requirements, and any Local Authority or Client stipulations. To ensure all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements are being adhered to as described in the Searcy Health & Safety Policy
- To ensure all areas are regularly checked for maintenance and repairs and that any problem is reported to a member of the management team
