Ensure all guests are seated quickly and efficiently. Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure the offering is communicated accurately to the guests. Monitor event activity to anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the front-of-house area, back of house area, including the dining room. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for enhancing the guest experience and maximizing revenue. Uphold high standards of professionalism, hospitality, and guest service at all times.
