Searcys are looking for Event Waiting Staff members to assist with the event operations and ensuring the highest standards of service across the service offered by The Honourable Artillery Company

Job Description
Job Type: Variable hours contract
Hourly Rate: Β£13.85 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting members and guests as they arrive, providing a warm welcome and assisting with seating arrangements.
- Ensure all guests are seated quickly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure the offering is communicated accurately to the guests.
- Monitor event activity to anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the front-of-house area, back of house area, including the dining room.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for enhancing the guest experience and maximizing revenue.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism, hospitality, and guest service at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience within a event environment
- Previous experience within a members\’ establishment (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to act with initiative
- Supportive team player
- Confidence to interact with key clients, members and guests
