Searcys is seeking a Logistics Porter to join the team at 116 Pall Mall, a historic Georgian venue in the heart of London, originally designed by John Nash. This flagship site features a range of decadent event spaces.

The main responsibility is to assist the Events Operations Manager and team in delivering seamless service across the department.
Job Details:

Key Duties:
- Ensure operational setup standards are followed as per instructions from the Events Operations Manager & Event Manager
- Maintain correct uniform and personal appearance standards
- Communicate professionally with clients and respond to requests promptly
- Complete the Porters Sheet for the next day\’s setups by close of business
- Perform linen stock take and maintain linen room tidiness
- Organise the wine store and handle deliveries efficiently
- Coordinate with supervisors and managers on room setups and updates
- Stay informed about all large meetings and events in the area
- Manage delivery and collection of equipment and supplies professionally and timely, using proper labels and check-in/out sheets
- Ensure rooms are set up with correct equipment or returned to standard setup when not in use
- Keep furniture stores tidy, stocked, and organized
- Act professionally, take initiative, and be a team player with excellent customer care skills
